Keep Cool in summer the Ayurvedic Way: Dehydration, skin problems, sweat are only a few of the problems we face during harsh summers. It is uncomfortable and unmanageable. Keep light cotton clothes exclusively for the summer months. It is important to avoid wearing anything synthetic as this material does not absorb the sweat and keeps you uncomfortable. Avoid tight-fitting clothes. In short, loose cotton clothes are what you need to keep cool during this season.

  1. Eat Small Meals:

Concentrate on smaller portions of food so that you do not put pressure on your digestive tract. Heavy meals during summers are difficult to digest and can only cause acidity and other problems.
