You can feel good about yourself only when you are confident about your looks.

You can use marigold for reducing dandruff, falling hair, and also for improving the hair texture.

- Eating Fresh Fruits:
Fresh fruits and raw vegetables provide the required nutrition to your body. These can also affect your hair and skin. You need to concentrate more on these during the festive season. Stay away from all those goodies which are full of artificial preservatives, sugars, and harmful fats.
What to Avoid during Festivals:
You can avoid too many late nights or even the intake of alcohol. The negative effects of this will be visible on your skin, hair, and overall health once the parties are over. Limit your intake of sweets and fried foods. Festivals cannot be an excuse to eat unhealthy. You can enjoy festivals as much as you want but with a limited intake of all that is harmful to you. Sleep well and ensure you are well hydrated at all times.
